Table of Text Status in Purchase info record

Dear All

In Texts view of the purchase info record, we have Info Record note and Purchase order text and below is Status field that are disabled.

In which table can i find the "Status"? And what is meaning of these fields?

INFREC_TEXT_DYN-DYN_EDIT_INFTXT_STATUS

INFREC_TEXT_DYN-DYN_EDIT_ORDTXT_STATUS
