Table KNVI ( Customer Master Tax Indicator ) getting updated with extra irrelevant rows

Hi SAP experts,

Table KNVI ( Customer Master Tax Indicator ) getting updated with extra irrelevant rows ( junk data ) for a particular customer once is few months not regularly.  What might be the reason for this ? 

Would be grateful for your replies.

Did you already look for related change documents on object DEBI with transaction RSSCD100 ?

When you say "irrelevant rows", it is not clear what do you mean by this.  Check whether the plant is extended to the sales area and it is reflecting in TVKWZ-WERKS. Next check which country is showing for this plant in T001W-LAND1. Finally, check in KNVI with that country instead of customer code. Also compare the entries of OVK1 & OVK3 with KNVI
