Hello,
I need to know the table where the values are stored for maintenance plan, maintenance cycle and Unit.
I know that we can get the maintenance cycle and unit from MMPT table.
Question 1
If the maintenance plan has only a single cycle then the data is stored in above table MMPT, but if a maintenance plan has mutiple cycles like 1 maintenance plan has maintenance cycle as 364 Days and 1092 days then the data is not stored in MMPt table.
Question 2
Requirement is I need to develop a report where in I need maintenance order, maintenance plan and the relevant maintenance cycle and unit. Supose an maintenance order is created for the above maintenance plan which has 2 maintenance cycle how can I identify for which maintenance cycle the order is created.

Narendra

Hi. Prob a bit late now - but might help someone. The calculation looks to be divide the filed ZYKL1 (package cycle) by 86400 as the duration is stored in secs. (60 x 60 x 24 = 86400). This will convert the cycle to days which should be more meaningful.

One of our developers is going to do the conversions....however, if anyone ones to provide any better solutions to handle single cycle with no maintenance packages to log against, that would be great!

Hi Linda,
maintenance Plan and the Strategies are 2 completely diferent things.
you need to understand this that when you are calling the maintenance plan, the table MMPT is getting called but when you are talking about the maintenance package then the system first checks for the T351 and in turn goes to T351P, to fatch the packages.
Each Maintenance Plan can have multiple Packages from the same strategy.
I also checked the same long time back but couldnt find any standard solution.

I am looking for same information to generate a PM compliance report from BW. So if I do a conversion using excel, for some numbers I have in table MMPT: 1.555200000000000E+07 and divide by 873600000000000000000 it actually comes out to 1.78021978021978E-14. My P/M is for 6 months. So then there has to be another conversion to get if from that number to 6 months. That is where I struggle...math not my strong suit...purely functional If anyone could help??

Hi,
You are using a strategy with two different cycles, correct? on these maintenance plans the cycle is coming from the task list and the strategy assigned to the task list.
You need to use the table MHIS field offset (OFFZE) this is the frequency per each operation, you will see a number like 3,1449600000000000E+07 you need to divide this number by 873600000000000000000 and you will have the frequency 360 days. When you have two packages 360 and 1092 then you will have two different calls on the table
