Table flow for CJ31

Could you please help me out that in which tables the Distributable budget and Assigned budget are flow in CJ31 ?

Thank you for your response. But the values are not displaying the BPEJ table. They are only displaying in the BPJA table and somehow to I am unable to find the Year column in which the budget is falling on.

see the above WBS Element E-2023-03-08-11-02 and its assigned budget is 61,490.00 and it is only falling in below BPJA table in 2 columns and it is difficult in finding Financial year of it which is mandatory for Budget return

and there is no by chance to find the Assigned budget here ...

Sorry for repeating myself, but the transaction shows quite a number of CALCULATED figures. Do not expect reading everything directly from a table. You will need a help from the ABAP colleague to confirm what is CALCULATED and what comes from a table. Aditionally you can search OSS notes that explain the logic.

If you are using the annual budget distribution it is yet another complication, better using a total budget if possible for the business scenario.

Hi Mojesh,

Budget line items are in the BPEG and BPEJ tables. But do not expect to get everything from the tables, as some of those figures are calculated in real-time. System will not update available budget for each and every posting into a table.
