Hi,
I'm running F.27 is supposedly used for the purpose of issuing periodic account statements to customers for the open items in the account. But seems that the statement includes both OPEN as well as CLEARED items. It should have shown only open items. Just wondering if there's any specific customising to make the statement include the OPEN items only.

Just found the solution/issue.
In F.27 we select the correspondence type, in this case = SAP08 (for open items). This correspondence type is linked to RKKORD10 printing program which have SAP08 variant assigned (this is done in OB78). So in program RKKORD10, variant "SAP08" we jus need to guarantee that option "NO cleared items" not selected.
After variant adjust, it worked...so in F.27 just open items are selected.
