System Fields Clearing after Document Add/Update

I am experiencing an issue with fields in SAP B1 randomly clearing upon adding/updating new marketing documents.  I've seen it with the "Remarks Field", "Customer Ref. No." field, and different addresses under the "Ship-To" field on the logistics tab. Has anyone run into this before? I keep looking back at documents and realizing information is missing. Unfortunately it is quite random and I can't repeatedly replicate it.

I have experienced something in that direction with some Remarks field, where it will look empty upon reopening, but then when I click in the field, it all of a sudden shows the existing text again.
