Hi Experts,
I am getting the below error message while opening the timesheet through Web Portal. But I am not getting any error if I book time through back end i.e. CAT2 Transaction.
System error: No receiver could be determined
This error comes in Portal only (not in backend) once I enable "HR Enables CATS" option in Data entry profile through CAC1 transaction. There is no error if the same option is disabled. But we need this option to be enabled.
Can anybody help me ASAP for the same?
Thanks,
Atin
are you on EHp5? apply the note 1615050
then you need to configure this
The consumer proxies and services have to be configured using the
transaction SOAMANAGER. Configuration involves creation of end points
to each of the services and default logical ports for the corresponding
proxies.
Since this configuration is very generic and not specific to CATS
record working time, we have not provided the documentation in CATS
IMG. However your suggestion is appreciated and we are now
providing a link to this documentation in IMG.
You would be able to find the configuration details here:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73/helpdata/en/cf/9fb513ced74bbf82cac2231
a358086/frameset.htm
check the web service
EETMECAL_WTS_EE_QR via transaction SPROXY
do you get any error?
apply the note 1615050

Hi,
Is your Record Working time application being launched when you disable the option?
No receiver error will come when your application not able to integrate with backend HR system.
Ask your portal guys to check the connection between CATS application and backend HR system.
If there is any port or logon failure, it will throw error for a particular service being launched.
