SYSTEM DOES NOT FIND AN USER WHEN CREATING A PURCHASE ORDER WORKFLOW

Hello.

We have to modify all the "purchase order workflows" we have in Draft status, adding the users in different steps BUT the system does not find them; could you please help?

There are no users in people picklist

You need to enter the CB user ID (you will get the CB ID from "Maintain business user" app). Incase CB ID also does not have any value in the search help then you need to create valid work agreement with supervisor details for those employees.
