Syntax error in program SAPLCMD_BTE_OUTBOUND

Hello experts!

We are facing an issue where there is a syntax error in the program when we try to run Transaction Code XD02 as shown in the screenshot below. I'm not sure if there is any SAP Note that could help this syntax. Any advice will be helpful! Thank you!

• status of OSS note 2187629 - IBAN data related to bank without account number is not synchronised - Part 2 
• any custom modification or enhancement in the includes updated by the note

It has been implemented but sadly it didn't fix the error. 😞

• Did you check for pre-requisite notes or missed some manual activities (e.g. run report NOTE_2187463)
• What error did you get when activating the CPCC_DM function group or the CMDS_FKNBK_IBAN_TAB table type ?
• You should do an OSS search on this FG for your exact version (once you are sure there are no 'local' changes).
