Synchronize Staging Tables getting failed for specific migration object in non-modifiable system

Dear All,

Synchronize Staging Tables getting failed for specific migration object ( Product, test for code split) in non-modifiable system. We are unable to unassign background job from this migration object and sync activity running continuously. 

When we are trying to migrate the date, getting error "Another activity is in process for this project. Try again". Please refer to the attached screen shot.
Please suggest me work around to stop the migration sync for the failed object which is running continuously.

Dear Experts,

I need to kill migration object from the project, I thought of finishing the existing project and create new project with limited migration objects, however system trigger's an error "Another activity is in process for this project. Try again later." 
It's seriously impacting my system performance, and we are unable to proceed further with master data uploads. As per Snote#3428019, SIF_HOME_CS will be removed with SAP S/4HANA 2023 FPS2. Unfortunately, we are using SAP S/4HANA 2023 FPS1.

I need quick resolution on this issue, as we are unable to complete master data uploads and cutover activities.
