SWNCONFIG works but still no Email were send

Hello,

im trying to send Email to specific user when Workflow goes to his Business workplace.

everything goes well except its doesnt send any email can u guy help me finde the error?

Hello @aboooood86 

Check the log of SWN_SELSEN run. You can find it in SWNCONFIG:

A probable cause are inactive web services - see the note 1833910 - HTTP Error 403 or 404 when running SWN_SELSEN (Extended Notifications)

Also notice that a typical delivery schedule is every 15 mins. So you need to wait between subsequents runs of SWN_SELSEN.

Hello Dominik, i checked the logs its in the Bild6 attached to the question every thing is fine but still no Email send. i tried to change Recipient Address i used to put my Email then changed it to * and now im getting error 403.
