Switch the leading ledger with non-leading ledger

Dear Experts: Can any one help me if you have actived the business function FIN_GL_CHNG_LEAD_VAL in order to switch the leading ledger  with non-leading ledger?, do you know if we can do it without these business function?

You can use the business function in EHP 7 and ECC 6.0
