Suppress Custom uibb in sap mdg Customer

Hi Experts,

We have created the custom uibb in sap mdg for customer few months before and now we want to remove the block from the UI.

We have removed the block from the UI via configuration.

Doubt is, Is there an option to suppress the block completely so that when we create the Change request we observed that all the methods like get definition/flush/get_data/process event been called.

We want to suppress so that all these method of standard code will not run as it will be better in terms of performance. Thanks.

Kindly suggest me the same so that i dont want the custom entity to be called when the CR is created.

Hi Karthik,

Please try setting the UIBB property - HIDDEN ELEMENT to "Hidden and excluded from event loop".

Hi Saravanan, thanks for the suggestion. Will try the same. One more doubt, let imagine if for few of the blocks if i have collapsed it and if there is any validation on the block...then i need to perform on "expand" event, am i right?
