Supplier {Tax Type} field usage in App " Set Tax Rates - Purchasing"

SAP gave table 181 having field tax type {J_11AFITP in the condition, how ever it wasn't used in any purchasing pricing condition therefor when you maintain condition with the app  "Set Tax Rates - Purchasing", the restriction was hardcode with account type "K" - not editable

and SAP asked to raise future development request for realization
