Supplier invoice workflow - invalid user

Hi,

We've an issue with the Supplier invoice workflow:

Summary:

We get an error after the transport of the workflow to production. The user in question is visible when adding the him to the workflow in Q and no error is present in the Q environment.

However after importing the workflow to production the following error appear:



The user in question do have the required business roles, as seen below:


How should this be solved?

The user has the same "user name" in both Q and P, but his roles differ between the systems.
