Supplier Evaluation Query

Dear Team,

I want to know

1)  Need customisation for supplier evaluation as well as for Question libraries for (Additional 20 Question need to be added)?

2) Also Whatever Question of Questionnaires can we send to vendor by mail automatically for evaluation?

3) If yes then after giving answer of Questionnaires by vendor can it update automatically in respected Question Set for particular vendor?

Kindly suggest on same.

1. The main settings of the evaluation criteria takes place within the system outside the standard customizing in CBC. So you need to define your criteria used and how much with the Supplier Evaluation Weighting and Scoring.

If you use the purchasing category function, you are able to set up different supplier evaluation by purchasing category (for example according to material groups or branch).

The same for the supplier questionnaires: Here you also set up the most within the system. Needed apps are at least:

a) Create Question Library for Supplier Evaluation

b) Manage Evaluation Questionnaires

c) Manage Evaluation Templates (for the questionnaires)  

d) Translate Evaluation Templates

e)Translate Questions

2. Yes, the Questionnaires can be sent by Mail automatically.

3. I didn’t see such function until today but you could provide your supplier via Integration Suite and custom app the possibility to enter the information directly in the system. Would be the most modern way and avoids managing an interface for the transferring data between systems.
