Supplier/Customer LTMC template missing

Hi All,

We are on S4 HANA 2021 version. In our system we are not able to find Load templates for Supplier and customer in Migrate your data Fiori Application. Thou we are able to find their extended load templates. Please suggest. Is this the basis issue?

1. Please check the dropdown from your generated Supplier or Customer object:

2. Try download it directly from LTMOM --> open your object from the "Staging Tables (Local)" approach and see the button as below:

Still not able to find it. It is not there in SAP s4 system. There has to be some way to load them in system.

Hi Hamisha,

In my first screenshot from above, see the Upload File under the Download Template action. Don't you have that?
Please share a screenshot of your possible actions inside the Fiori project. Thank you!

Hi Madalina,

I have the option to download but there is no supplier and customer template or migration object in the SAP S/4 system.
