Supplementary unit qty at 0 for credit memo invoices in intrastat dispatch report

Hello, 

Can someone please tell me why the supplementary unit and net weight fields are null is intrastat dispatch report for a credit memo invoice ? 

I have checked 2839197 - FAQ: Intrastat processing in S/4HANA and it seems to be legal requirement for the net weight since there is a no good movements. But what about supplementary unit ?
