Hello experts I need assistance about SuperUser permissions.

I need to restrict determined activities about user with SuperUser privileges. How can I do that?

Unless you disable the superuser checkbox, you cannot control the privileges.

Superuser by default grants full authorization across the modules.

Thanks for the contributions, I have the problem in the following scenario: A user with super user privileges should not run some processes, I should block access to Authorizations for example. Is it possible to block access to a SUPER USER? I understand that for the SAP B1 standard it is not possible, but for HANA? Is there a solution using a store procedure or similar?

In SQL/ HANA, you can use the transaction notification to block certain activities. You may opt for SDK customization or already established addon like B1UP, for easier rollout.

Before uploading my query I was analyzing going the route of a store procedure and integrating it via SDK or IF, etc... but there are objects that I cannot find. I give up. We'll see how we resolve it. Thank you very much for the time and responses.

To assign authorization, perform the following steps:

1. Log on to the SAP Business One client with a superuser account (for example, manager).
2. Open the Authorization window (Administration → System Initialization → Authorizations).
3. Select the SAP Business One user to whom you want to grant permission (for example, Mike).
4. Search the keyword Apps.
5. Make sure the subject Apps for the version for SAP HANA has Full Authorization.
