Superannuation contribution is not generating on Arrear amount when IT0185 Stype-01 delimited

Dear Experts,

Request to share your knowledge below on my queries.

1) Why Superannuation contribution is not having Arrear wage types like PF Arrears Wage Types "/ZF5, /ZF4, ZF3 " ?

It is understood that, PCR IN45 adds /Z17(Arrear SAN Basis) to /117(SAN Basis) in table IT so that superannuation contribution takes place on arrears as well when IT0185 is active.

Only /3S1, /3S2, 3S3, 3S4 are generating. No carry forward wage types for SAN contribution amount.

2) How does SAP handles Superannuation calc. on Arrear(Basic Arrear + DA Arrear) amount when IT0185 delimits?

Ex: Emp is on Superannuation scheme till June'2021. From July'2021 onwards he/she opted other scheme. Hence IT0185 S.type "01" delimited. While running payroll for July'2021 employee has some arrear (Basic + DA) amount which is coming from the previous periods and /Z17 also generating.

In July'21, /Z17 - C/F Superannuation Basis(June'21 Amount) is generating but why the contribution(12%) amount is not generating on Arrear amount in the month of July'21? Is it due to no SAN table generation in INSAN function?

Is it the standard behavior that not to calculate contribution on Superannuation Arrear amount(/Z17) when IT0185 S.type-01 delimited?

Regards,

Mastan Shaik.
