SUM prerequisite Extended check is stuck at phase CONFLICT_CHECK

Hello All,

We are performing ECC 6.0 EHP 7 to S/4HANA 2023 FPS02 conversion and we have run sum extended prerequisite check. SUM is stuck at phase PREP_EXTENTION/CONFLICT_CHECK for more than 24 hours. No logs are getting updated in CONFLCHK.LOG and SUM is not even throwing any error. We have restarted the SUM session again but same issue.

Could you please provide any suggestion.

It’s likely due to unresolved addon/component conflicts or corrupt stack XML; regenerate the stack file in Maintenance Planner, recheck addon compatibility, and ensure latest SUM version is used.
