SUM does not accept installed HANA delivery unit

Environment SUM 2.0 SP14 PL7 AIX

DMO Migration
PAS on target machine is installed, SUM is in phase Preprocessing

“recreate existing tenant” has been selected (default selection)

SUM comes up with the message:
'HANA_UMML with version 1.12.6 is not installed on the database! Please check SAP note 2928582'

Obviously this check is new, it has not been in place with SP12

But HANA_UMML in the correct version has already been installed with HANA Studio.

This can be checked in the SystemDB with
select * from _SYS_REPO.DELIVERY_UNITS where DELIVERY_UNIT='HANA_UMML'

In the tenant DB it cannot exist, as the tenant gets recreated during the process…

Solution was:

• - After the error Message, install HANA_UMML into the tenant DB
• - Press “next” in SUM, it will start at the beginning
• - Select “use existing tenant”

How to install a delivery unit into a tenant ?
HANA Studio
File -> import -> SAP HANA Content -> Deliviery Unit
