We are encountering an issue during the interview scheduling process in our system. When we schedule an interview by selecting a date and time slot for a candidate and proceed to send the invitation using the appropriate email template, we notice that two separate interview invitation emails are being sent.
According to the audit trail under the candidate’s application in the talent pipeline, one of these emails is the correct invitation based on the selected template, while the other is entirely different and unexpected.
We have already reviewed the email trigger settings related to interview scheduling, and all such triggers are currently disabled.

This is working as expected. When Teams integration is enabled, an email is triggered by default based on the settings in the Recruiting Email Trigger. While scheduling an interview, make sure to click on 'Skip Email' to avoid sending a duplicate email to the candidate. Please refer to the attached KBA for more details.

I would like to clarify that this is not a case of email duplication. In the audit trail of the candidate’s application within the talent pipeline, two separate email templates were triggered. One of these aligns correctly with the selected invitation template, while the other is unrelated and appears to have been triggered unexpectedly.
