Subcontract process for special stock

How to map subcontract process for special stock (i.e. E/Q).

What do you meant by mapping the subcon process with special stock?

for subcon process, the component will eventually become speciak stock "O" as stock provide to vendor. and this can be achieve by creating DO with ME2O and then GI with mvt 541.

and some ppl also using Mb1b to transfer it to O stock..

Above you said is for only unrestricted stock.

but my requirement is

Our requirement is to provide special stock(i.e E or Q ) to SC vendor for processing.

in standard SAP it is not possible to have subcontracting for project stock.

you cannot have 2 special stock indicators  O and Q or O and E in a 1 character wide field.

This project stock subcontracting is not available in core system, a workaround is described

But in Industry solution for Aerospace & Defense a special stock indicator R exists for Subcontracting Project Stock.

this proces is we know and we proved to our client but they are accepting.

because stock at SC vendor report(MBLB) is not supporting.

we are transfering the stock be 311 E/Q only.

Hi Ajay,

MBLB report will not be useful in this scenario. You may have to create a abap development report same as MBLB, as per the client requirements.

we have already mapped this process but our client is not accepting it and also not interested in Z development.

Can we create new mvt. type for this purpose.

please guide.

Hi Ajay,

Creating new movement type will not solve your issue, as MBLB report is not for special stock. If client is not agree on 'Z' development then you can propose 'MBBS' report to the client.
