Hello habib1384,
Sub activities are not showing in the main activity tab because sub activities are related to notification items. However, the main activity tab contains activities at notification header level.
For ex: There are two problems in a machine => abnormal sound and high vibration. So the notification items (sub tabs) will have information on the abnormal sound and vibration separately. In addition to that there are other activities performed which are not specific but common in nature such as cleaning, lubrication, earthing check etc. Such activities are captured in the main Activity tab.
When user runs the reports at that time notification items appear with respective related item. This helps to establish the cause and effect relationship.
Client should not expect merger of all activities under the main tab.

Dear, it is worth mentioning that in a notification we have header and positions
In the header you will add activities to the notification, it is the same as the main "Activity" tab
and for the position you can add parts of the technical object that are damaged or have problems, you can additionally add activities, breakdowns,... and this can be added to the sub tabs.
Conclusion:
As a standard configuration, activities that are added to the sub tab should not be displayed in the main tab. If they appear, it could be an error or a configuration made, it is recommended to verify with standard notification class M2.
