Storage Location issue in one component on a production order

Hello everyone, 

In a production order of a material, the component A should be consumed from storage location 201 ; however, in the production orders we schedule , it is requested from the production storage location 104. Other components which have the same characteristics in MM03/BOM etc, are consumed from 201 . 

P.S. this happens in every BOM that component A is included.

My question is, 
how can i have two raw materials with the same characteristics on MM03 but the storage loc on the production order differs ? 

I have already checked Storage location in BOM, MM03(MRP1,2,3,4 , Work Scheduling etc)
