Stop getting email delivery email to sender

Hi Experts,

Please note that in our system SAP email relay is configured and email is working fine. But the user who is sending email getting a notification email that email has been successfully delivered to recipients. and all the users getting same. So our users are not willing to get this email. How can I stop this ??

Please help to resolve it .
