Hi Folks,
Have a issue while doing a GI (mvt type 262).
Error message is "Stock Value and qty are unrealistic:. 0.01-/0.000.."
Have searched within the forum.
The pointer is towards note # 32236.
Not sure of the solution though.
Additional data:- Material has Std. pricing.
No stock available at the moment.
Any thoughts on how to get rid of this inconsistency?
Regards,
Sam
you have no stock and want do a goods issue???
the message says that your current price is 0.01-
How did you get a minus price into SAP material master?

Hi Laxman/Jurgen,
Thanks for the responses.
Thats rt. It was a reversal of GI hence the movement type 262.
Jurgen,
This is the issue. Within material master, the stock (qty) is zero while the value is negative (0.01-)
I did go through note 32236 which has not been of great help.
Do let me know your thoughts ahead.
Thanks.
Regards
SAP never ever calculates a negative value or allows to enter a negative value manually.
Thats why I asked you how this value came into the material master.
did an ABABer do a lousy job?
if you feel that this was caused by SAP standard program execution, then open a ticket at SAP directly.
or just change the price with MR21 to a positive price and do then your movement. (but then you will never know the root cause)
Hello
kindly chekc the GI with mov type 262. this is reversal of 261 so not issue goods with this mov type

Has anyone used any report for its resolution?
