Stock Transfer between two EWM Managed plants assigned to same warehouse

Hello SAP EWM Experts,

I have 2 Plants that are EWM Managed and both plants are assigned to One warehouse. I want to move the stock from One EWM location in Plant A to another EWM Location in Plant B (bin to bin). On executing the Bin to Bin I get error message "Could not determine ERP stock data for: W101 P100 F4" See picture for detailed message. And this error message makes sense because party entitled to dispose are different for both plants. How can I achieve this without using an STO? I would like to just do a BIN to BIN transfer.

Ideally 2 plants assigned to one warehouse and doing a SLOC to SLOC via Bin to Bin should not be a scenario.

You can achieve it if you do not assign any availability group to Storage Types that will allow you to do bin to bin and then you will have to do a posting change of Ownership/PartyEntitled. That will post the stock to other SLOC.
