Status of equipment after GR

Hi Team,

When we do goods receipt of an equipment for a material can the equipment directly have the status AVLB?

Hi Priti,

I believe, you are referring to the goods receipt for a serialized material. If that is the case, then you can set the equipment required indicator in the corresponding serial profile procedure MMSL along with equipment category. The status AVLB will appear only if the equipment is activated along with serial number generation. Alternatively if the serial numbers are already generated then you can simply activate the equipment with the edit mode of serial number/s in question.
