Statistical key figures Update

Hi there,

I am new to this community and started working in controlling some months ago. I know that already some questions to this topic exist, but did not find the exact answer yet.

So: Using FBL31N I can update statistical key figures for distribution run. This needs to be updated at least yearly.
My question is: When a new employee enters the company, I want to update this list.

So, I can just post the update, eg: Using a new cost center and then the details.

I want to know if it is possible to use the whole document I used as reference document and then update the enterings in this document. Can someone confirm that this is possible? I want to make sure that postings will not be double or something.

Hi,

Some remarks:

a) Frequency of update of statistical key figures is dependent on its usage in reports and/or costs allocation. It can be yearly or periodically, there is no rule about this

b) Yes, you can use SKF document as a reference to post a new one

c) Every document will create an entry in SKF tables. Whether you will create double entries by this or not is fully dependent on the postings you perform, exactly as with other financial document in SAP.

Regards,

Eli
