Starter System - Outbound Communication not Possible

Hello SAP Community,

Lately, I've been trying to send an XML to a specific endpoint when creating a Purchase Order. There is a process called 2EJ and an API, SAP_COM_0224, that covers this process.

However, when attempting to communicate with the Integration Suite, the message never seems to reach it. Even though S/4HANA reports the communication as successful, there's no error message and nothing is received on the other end.

Is the S/4HANA Public Cloud Starter System capable of performing outbound communication at all?

Answer: Im Wrong. Output of S/4 Hana Starter System works! My Business Partner was set up incorrect! S/4 Hana public cloud just didnt gave me a specific enough Error or even an Error at all!
