We have a particular material that the date of the first operation is days after the start date of the process order. I have checked the scheduling margin key, Float Before production is set as zero.
We do not use Setup standard values, we only have machine and labour.
All other materials behave correctly with the first operation starting on the order start date. What setting could I be missing that is delaying the start date of this material. This isn't just visible in the process order, but in the planned orders as well.
