Standard Text Key in Fiori apps for maintenance orders

Dear,

A particular customer wishes to use the standard text field (AFVGD-KTSCH) in the operations overview for maintenance orders and task lists :

This field is still available when using the SAP GUI in S/4HANA ( as you can see in printscreen above),however in the Fiori applications for both Public and Private Cloud S/4HANA this field is no longer displayed in apps such as: " Change Maintenance Order", " Manage Maintenance Notifications & Orders", " Create Task list" etc.
We have also checked the settings button in the operation overview and the field is nowhere to be found:

Has this field been removed in Fiori or can it be added through development or configuration?

The standard text key can be added through transaction UIBB ( web Dynpro settings)
