Standard cost not releasing due to warning message "Cost estimate without quantity structure"

Hi Experts,

We are using the below 3 function modules to perform material cost estimate and then marking and releasing the cost.

CK_F_MATERIAL_CALC

BAPI_COSTESTIMATE_MARKING

BAPI_COSTESTIMATE_RELEASING.

Major of the request or posting, it is working fine and for a few data when it attempts the warnings message as pasted in the attached screenshot and also in the mentioned subject then it comes out and not releasing the cost estimation. I.e., BAPI_COSTESTIMATE_RELEASING is not committing but no return errors.

As said, this is happening for few of the records and how this can be resolved by allowing to commit even though three would be a warning message (which we can fix in BDC).

Kindly advise.
