Hi,
Both the transactions CK11 and CK11N are to create the standard cost estimate with quantity structure. Till 3.1i version, the T-code CK11 was being used.
Regarding CK20 and CK21, these are the T-codes used in 3.1i version. CK20- To mark the cost estimate and CK21 - Release the cost estimte.
In 4.6 versions, you can't find these t-codes. We use the T-code CK24 to both mark and release the cost estimate.
