Currently, this is the expected system behavior.

You can download the app in your work profile if your company allows it. However, Single Sign-On (SSO) won't function within your work profile or even if you download the app in your personal space.

Additionally, the app utilizes the Cordova plugin in-app browser, which means it cannot be opened with other browsers.

If you wish to access it via a browser, we have a 'mobilclient.html' URL available, which is:

https://myXXXXXXXX.sapbydesign.com/sap/public/ap/ui/repository/SAP_UI/HTMLOBERON5/mobileClient.html

Please change the XXXXXX to the Tenant URL accordingly.
