2 steps config are required ,here is my proposal to resolve your problem :
Step 1
SPRO - Asset Accounting :
> Integration with general ledger accounting > Additional account assignment objects > Activate Account assignment objects
Active IMKEY
Step 2
SPRO-Financial Accounting-Asset Accounting-Master Data-Screen Layout-Define Screen Layout for Asset Master Data
Changing the screen layout rule for Logical field group 3 - Time Dependent Data
Changing the screen layout rule for Logical field group 7 - Real estate and similar rights
After above 2 steps , Asset master creation screen can show Real Estate Key ( ANLZ-IMKEY)
