Spools are not generating in ECC6.0

Hi,

In ECC6.0 we are trying to Execute the some Z and Standard Programs in Background, they are not generating spools

whereas, same Programs in 4.6c version it is working fine.How to rectify this issue? please provide suggestions to resolve the issue.

Hi,

i did everything but still its not working, actually we are running the jobs in Background with DMEX manager, we have control M user created for those it is not working.

we have identified that in 4.6c it is generating spool with cover sheet without selecting the Check box "cover page" whereas in ECC6 it is not working, when we manually select the Check boX "cover page"

then we can able to see spool, so can you please help me how to set Check box permanently for control M users.

Have you tried by searching for any SAP notes or support instructions in Service Portal??

Are you facing or coming across any error during this?? Please update the log which is restricting spool creation.

I tried searching in Service Portal with the content as Background job is not creating spools. I was getting some notes, but I am not sure whether this can be applied for you or not.

So have a search with this content & try those.
