Split Numbers get shifted on changing assignments SAP

I have a problem with table KBED.

I am assignment person on the Maintenance order operation 3 times and have 3 splits.

Then i make confirmation through transaction IW41 with second split link:

In Table AFRU I had confirmation with split 2, and then i deleted first split, and i got this:

Another PERNR in KBED on second split position, but in AFRU i had previous PERNR with second split position.

It turns out data inconsistency. Didn't find any information about update KBED table.

If then I delete first split again, it brings me to this:

But i steel have confirmation in AFRU on second split.

Don't understand the logic. How to make a correction in splits?

Hello Ivan, I think there are a couple of issues here - but the one that seems to me to be worthy of raising a service ticket with SAP is the deletion of a partially confirmed split.

A split that is dispatched should not be able to be deleted (FM CY01_SPLIT_CHECK_STATUS) and I would have thought that a partially confirmed split should not be able to be deleted either.
