Specify an active branch

hello experts,

can you please tell me what does this message mean?

i am trying to add an incoming payment, payment mean: check and i am writing all details needed

i always get: specify an active branch

version 9/1 pl 7

Hi Rinat

Check the specified account branch is defined under   Administration => Setup =>  Banking => House Bank Accounts

Thank you so much. But after follow this note, we are getting another error like 'Created Failed11320000257 - You are not assigned to selected branch 'XXX'65171. and like we are getting another error like 'Specify an active branch.

I have already assigned branch details into column OINC but till getting error.
