Special Procurement type 70 missing in Product Master?

Why in MRP2, in the "Special Procurement" field I don't see the possibility to enter 70 (withdrawal from the alternative plant) ??

How can I make up for this lack?

The Configuration Activity Define Special Procurement Type is available in S/4HANA Cloud where you can maintain your own procurement type 70 with withdrawal from the alternative plant
