When using MIGO for goods receipt, the system prompts "Material batch does not exist", but the material is indeed under batch management. What should be done in this case?

Hello @yangcheng,
Ensure the batch number is correctly entered in the material master and the batch is active. If the issue persists, check the batch search strategy and stock determination settings in your system configuration.

If the batch - related issues are not properly resolved, how can we ensure the effective implementation of product batch traceability in the future? And how can we guarantee the complete and accurate acquisition of the information required for traceability?
