We need your guidance to apply sorting and get the line items sorted as per the document date on generating correspondence for customer account statement. We are using the standard sorting method for correspondence P1/P2/P3/P4 and all are giving the same results. The list generated is not sorted properly. We tried creating one sample sorting method Z1 to sort the line items based on document date only but its also not giving the expected results
Please help us to resolve this issue asap. Thank you
