Some Service Order are not visible in the Data Source "CRMSORHB"

Dear SAP Support team,

Some Service Orders are not coming through via the Data Source "CRMSORHB".

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Go to Business Analytics WC----> Data sources-----> Open Data source "CRMSORHB"
Enter the ID in service order field in the selection, the ID is not found in value help and hence not able to be shown in the data source.

Dear requester, 

The report/data source will only display/retrieve Service Order documents which meet the following parameters:

1. Consistent

AND

2. Released OR Not Relevant

You can get more information from the KBA: 2124318 - Service Orders with the status "In Preparation" missing from Service Order Header Data Source
