Some authorizers not getting alerts

I have an Purchase Request approval template with 4 authorizers however 2 are getting notifications when a request is made the other 2 used to get alerts but now they nolonger get anything .What can be the issue

Hi perhaps they changed the times in their personal settings.

And I can remember in the past, there has been a function: if you lose the alert window by X you 'll get asked if it should be closed without opening again. 

I don't if it is still possible that way
