Solution for WIP (Work In Progress) in SAP S4HANA Public Cloud

we are looking for a solution to determine WIP based on actual costs on WBS elements (non-production environment). Scope item 3F0 is therefore not a possible solution. Would 4I9 and 4GQ be an option?

Yes, Revenue Recognition can be the workaround for WIP calculation for WBS Element.
