Solman Initialization without maintenance agreement

Hi guys,

I was facing an issue in Solution Manager,while configuring the system for 'System Preparation' phase, I got blew message:

'Task list SAP_SUPPORT_HUB_CONFIG not correctly executed'
and
'SAP Notes download channel ping error 403: Forbidden'

My company has stopped paying for maintenance agreement this year,Maybe this is root cause.Do anyone tell me how to solve it or skip this step.
