smtp config problem with ofiice 365

Dear Experts,

we configured smtp in S/4HANA 1809 to send email, but we have some issues, in Scot transaction we put the email of notifications : sap.nothification@email.com.

when we put the some email

that we added in scot in su01 of the user who want to send the email it's working

but when put the email adresse of the user who want the email in su01 it's not working
