Employee originally had a start date of maternity as 14th February 2024, it now transpired that she started on 14th January. Adjustments made to IT2001 and IT88 in current payroll.
We were expecting a minus salary from the new beginning of Mat leave, a plus OMP 100% for the same period, then at the end an overpayment of OMP. so when summarized OMP about zero (give or take days rounding for given months) and minus salary, but we have minus both. It looks like it is calculating the 100% OMP correctly, but only paying a small amount. is that SMP offsetting but not paying? Also /mpy is not generating in Jan 24 .
